The PKN travels the ocean by submarine seeking out underwater villains and foiling their dastardly plans. A terrorist group, lead by the power-hungry Admiral Red, attacks the PKN in an effort to carry out a plot for world domination. Lifelike, three-dimensional submarines and dark underwater imagery offer a pleasing contrast to typically cheery animated characters.
