Chapter III to V highlight the development of transactions in services between ASEAN countries on the one hand and West Germany, Frace, and the Netherlands during the 1970s and 1980s on the other, Chaoter VI on common as well as country-specific elements of bilateral transactions in services between ASEAN and the EC countries.
