| Opplysninger | A case of mania occurring after the onset of cortical Lewy bodydementia is described in a lady with no family history or previoushistory of affective disorder. It is proposed that cortical Lewy bodydementia should be considered as a cause of secondary mania. Thedifficulties of treating mania in this context are discussed.
