My life changed forever the day Josselin arrived into this world. The future seemed bleak in those early months of Josselins life. She was deafblind with complex medical needs, she has had over 30 operations and requires machines to keep her alive. What quality of life would my baby have? The last 17 years have been full of adventures, Josselin has travelled to many different countries and experienced so much of what life has to offer. It hasn't always been easy and I hope that sharing Josselins story helps other parents who felt as lost as I did, to not only survive parenting a medically complex child, but to thrive.
