| Opplysninger | Since the decision to locate the main Norwegian air fighter base at Ørland, prolonged discussions ofcompensation to farmers for increased noise levels have taken place. This study is commissioned bythe local authorities in order to describe how extra noise that impact living conditions on farms mayalso impact operating conditions, estate valuation and potential development for the farmentreprise. The study finds that a diversity of impacts may be expected since, in general, housing,residential environments and the farm enterprise form an interdependent set of assets. Removing ordamaging one, will affect the integrated unity both near-term and longer-term.
