| Opplysninger | This report presents an analysis of the public information available on the location and characteristics of the popular neighbourhoods of the Partido de La Plata. It was developed with two fundamental objectives: first, to offer tools for intervention and decision-making to the members of the Municipal Crisis Committees and Popular Emergency Committees that are developing actions in the territory -segmented by municipal delegations- as a result of of the health emergency due to COVID-19 and the measures of Social, Preventive and Mandatory Isolation (ASPO). Second, provide systematized and geolocated information on the popular neighbourhoods of the party, which can serve as input for research on various topics related to the territory, the habitat and living conditions of the popular sectors of the region. The Partido de La Plata is divided between the urban area and twenty-three municipal delegations. The first part of the report presents general data on the delegations and on the popular neighbourhoods added at the delegation level. In the second part, these data are disaggregated at the neighborhood level, in order to provide a report on the particularities of each one of them.
