| Opplysninger | Har bibliografi Sammendrag: Investigations of satellite derived snow covered area (SCA) used in runoff models show that SCA could be included in the model calibration with only small reduction in runoff performance. Updating the runoff models based on the satellite derived SCA showed ambiguous results. In high mountain areas the predicted flood events were improved, whereas the procedure was less successful at lower altitudes.
