It focuses on organizing and integrating heterogeneous experimental data using 3D brain atlases. The work highlights the potential of brain atlases to serve as a common platform for data discovery and integration. Two workflows are presented: one for sharing research data and another for integrating neuroscientific data based on anatomical locations in 3D brain atlases. The study aims to enhance the reuse of research data and provide insights into the normal and diseased brain.
