Kennedy also examines other fascinating artistic, literary, and historical personalities who crossed the Players' paths, including Emma Goldman, Charles Demuth, Berenice Abbott, Sophie Treadwell, Theodore Dreiser, Claudette Colbert, and Charlie Chaplin.
