The project consists of letterpressed prints, lithography, and plexiglass frames. The work concerns the repercussions of receiving a positive corona test, and the discourse used to inform of the infected, both in the test and by the school’s administration. Working solely by hand, the letterpressed words symbolize something infectious. The plexiglass removes the tactility of the letterpressed words and draws associations to the barriers and protection solutions between people that would necessarily cause a distance that we all have experienced during the pandemic. The course was led by Ane Thon Knutsen. [prosjektbeskrivelse sendt på e-post fra korrespondanse med student 29.09.21].
