| Opplysninger | A Mariner's Guide to the Rules of the Road is designed to give a concise, comprehensive treatment of the rules of the road for US Inland waters as well as for international waters. Because the Inland Rules have not been significantly updated for many years, a good deal of court interpretation has been included. The 1972 International Rules, in the path of revisions in 1948 and 1960 are much more complete, comprehensive, and most important useful to the mariner. It is the opinion of the author that court interpretations of the 1972 International Rules will not significantly change the knowledge required of the mariner for several years to come. Book is full of illustrations and diagrams.
