This movement - which involved psychedelic, electronic, jazz, folk, and noise music - came to be known as krautrock. The krautrock bands that pioneered this movement created something never heard before: They took the intense, untamed essence of the old gods of rock and roll and infused it with a true progressive and revolutionary spirit, spearheading the evolution of electronic, techno, ambient, minimalist, and avant-garde music. KRAUTROCK 2 (2021) is the second film in the krautrock trilogy and fifth film in the series on progressive rock "Romantic warriors - a progressive music saga." KRAUTROCK 1 (2019) focuses on the bands from the Düsseldorf and Cologne region. KRAUTROCK 2 (2021) focuses on the bands from southern Germany."
