Benton's Visual Retention Test in patients with polycysticlipomembranous dysplasia with sclerosing leukoencephalopathy

Opplysninger	Eighteen patients suffering from polycystic lipomembranousosteodysplasia with sclerosing leukoencephalopathy were examined withBenton's Visual Retention Test (BVRT, form C, administration A). Boththe scoring system for correct reproductions (CR) and that forspecific errors (SE) were used. The stage of patients' dementia wasalso diagnosed with a neuropsychiatric followup study. The impairmentof the patients' results in BVRT correlated with the severity oftheir dementia. There were high correlation coefficients between thestage of clinical dementia and the differences in CR and SE.
