Opplysninger
Engelsk oversettelse av TA-2644.. - Since 1 January 2007, the most harmful phthalates have been banned in toys and childcare articles throughout the European Economic Area. Phthalates are a group of chemical compounds that are used in plastics, mainly PVC, to make them softer and more flexible. Some phthalates can damage the reproductive system, and some are also environmentally harmful. Young children can ingest these harmful substances if they suck or chew on products containing phthalates.
